Who we are

Grigori Local is a service of Grigori Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 29 703 394 192, ACN 703 394 192), an Australian company. "We" on this page means that company. You can reach us at sales@grigorisolutions.com.

What we collect and why

• Free score form: your business name, main service and suburb, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. We use them to prepare your Local Visibility Score, send it to you, and contact you about it.
• Contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them to answer you.
• Mailing list: your email address, only if you sign up for the weekly article or tick the box on a form. We use it to send the weekly article and, now and then, tips and offers for winning more local customers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you join the mailing list we keep a record of when you agreed and the words you agreed to, because Australian law asks us to be able to show your consent. We don't sell, rent or trade your details.

How the forms work

When you press send, what you entered goes to this site, which passes it straight on to us as an email. The site itself keeps no copy.

The emails are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States, which may keep a record of each email for a limited time as part of delivering it. If you join the mailing list, your email address is kept in our contact list at Resend, which we use to send the weekly article. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which operates worldwide.

Your free score report is prepared automatically on Cloudflare's servers, and we check it before it's sent to you. While that happens, Cloudflare keeps your request (business name, service, suburb, email address and phone number) and the finished report, and deletes them 30 days after the request.

The information in your score

To prepare your Local Visibility Score we look at public information about your business: its Google Business Profile and where it appears in Google's search results (through Google's own services), your website's public pages and loading speed, and the public email settings of your website's domain. This is information about your business that anyone can see, not about you personally.

The spam check

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam. It loads from Cloudflare the first time you move into a form, and not before.

To tell a person from a program, Cloudflare reads technical signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address and browser details, and may set a cookie for that purpose. It can't see what you type into the form. What Cloudflare collects for the check is covered by its Turnstile privacy addendum.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Apart from the spam check above, the fonts, scripts and images all come from this site.

We use Google Search Console, a Google service, to see how this site appears in Google Search. It adds nothing to these pages. What it shows us comes from Google's own search results, as totals that don't tell us who you are.

Keeping, changing and deleting your details

We keep your request, your messages and the emails about them for as long as we need them to deal with you and for our business records. You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, by emailing sales@grigorisolutions.com. To stop receiving our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them, or tell us.
